Casters, Jacks and Base Plates

A stable scaffolding base or foundation is essential before beginning assembly. Scaffold casters and leveling jacks are used to add mobility and adjust scaffolding height when surfaces are uneven.

  • Leveling Jacks

Adjustable leveling jacks can be set to custom heights & provide a solid foundation for the scaffolding frame.
Adjustable Leveling Jack is ideal for ensuring a solid foundation for a scaffolding frame, especially when it is assembled along an external wall.
  • Casters

Cast iron or plastic for non-marring, each caster features a 4” stem, 500 lb. load capacity, and 360° swivel.
Casters are available in cast iron or plastic for non-marring. They are one of three base options for scaffold. Attached to the bottom of scaffold frames, casters are used to make units mobile for ease of job completion.
  • Base Plates/Rubber Pad

Base plates serve as scaffolding unit feet, preventing slipping & sinking. Includes rubber pad to prevent marring.
    • The “feet” to scaffolding units • Comes in both rigid and swivel configurations
    • Rubber pad used to prevent maring of high end finished floors (hardwood, marble, etc.)
