Bil-Jax Staging Elevates Events to a Whole New Level

When planning an event, staging isn’t the first thing that comes to most peoples’ minds…but without a sturdy platform, even the best-rehearsed performance could fall flat.  Literally. Event staging is used for creating a temporary designated area for performers, speakers, and presenters to engage with the audience. It serves as a focal point for various types of events ranging from concerts and weddings to trade shows, conventions, and fashion runways. It’s a crucial component in ensuring the event runs smoothly and effectively. Most organizers choose either steel or aluminum staging for their event. Both are great options for constructing elevated platforms [...]

How to Assemble Your Rolling Tower

A rolling tower makes working at height an easy and efficient alternative to scaffolding. Scaffold towers are smaller than full-size scaffolding, but optional wheels offer mobility, making it easy to move around a construction site.  Our Bil-Jax Rolling Tower Package offers a large work platform with adjustable platform levels and an easy-access guard rail system. Three sizes are available (10’, 15’, and 20’). All standard components are quick and easy to assemble.  Always review and reference the product instruction manual before assembly. We recommend all users of this equipment be supplied with safety information and OSHA rules and regulations prior to  [...]

How To Transport Your Scaffold with EZ-RAX

Scaffolding is instrumental in providing workers with a temporary structure upon which they can work at height or in hard-to-reach places. The key word here is “temporary.” Getting scaffolding to the construction site, and then hauling it away when the project is complete, can be challenging.  Bil-Jax responded by developing EZ-RAX, the industry’s first and only scaffold transport system. The EZ-RAX scaffold trailer is designed for use with our popular 5’ x 7’ rolling tower scaffold. Every part and component is held within one integrated storage racking system. In addition to the scaffold system and rolling tower, the storage rack comes [...]

How to Maximize Your Scaffolding Rental ROI

As long as there are construction projects, there will be a need for scaffolding. Workers depend on scaffolding to provide a safe and secure platform upon which they can carry out their tasks efficiently. But many contractors are reluctant to invest in purchasing scaffolding. Between high overhead costs, fluctuating demand, and other variables, renting scaffolding is often the better business decision. Scaffolding rental isn’t without its challenges, either. Inventory management is perhaps the trickiest part; having too little scaffolding on hand can cause you to miss out on opportunities, but having too much isn’t cost-effective — and when it’s just lying [...]
